Having a party?
Read what Vic and Mary S. have to say about Miss Meg's Lowcountry boil:
So were we; it was a post-wedding, down-home celebration for friends and family who couldn’t make the trip for the actual wedding ceremony in Vermont. Well, we can help you with your party.
Brian and Julee, owners of Miss Meg’s in Clayton, Georgia, will put together a fabulous catering experience for you. My daughter suggested we have a LOWCOUNTRY BOIL, since when growing up it was always her favorite.
Well, this is one of Brian and Julee’s specialties, since they both grew up in Brunswick, Georgia, where Lowcountry boil is a staple. A combination of fresh, wild Georgia shrimp, red potatoes, andouille sausage, fresh corn, secret spices, and Brian’s special touch make this a great crowd pleaser. How do you top it off?—just add a bushel of fresh oysters roasted over an open fire pit—Brian and Julee think of everything.
Everyone will rave about the food and the fun that the Lowcountry boil provides. Sitting around the fire pit shucking oysters, or just munching on the blend of shrimp, sausages, and all the other ingredients is a great way to celebrate any occasion—Brian and Julee take care of everything!
We'll always be thankful to them for providing such a memorable experience.
